I meant to click Rename and I don't know what I was thinking, I clicked Delete and then said Yes........Please, is there a way to recover those cards without having to reload them, it doesn't look like they went out of my count, but they aren't anywhere to be found.

I think they are in your trash. Open trash select the cards you deleted accidentally and then click move to. Select proper folder and you are all set. Hope that helps!

go to the all items folders. your cards are still there
