i contacted them for a replacement once because it was taking in excess of 6 months--i gave them a few preferred options and got a horrible card in return lol-dont think il be trying that again--- when i contacted topps they said it can somtimes be over a year!!!
Is this common and what is the normal turn-around usually???

Yeah it can be. Depends how long it takes the player to sign. But I believe that after 3 months u can request a replacement. For me, I really wanted baseball. Couldn't care less about axl rose.
