1993-94 UPPER DECK SE Jordan/Kilroy jk1

I have two 1993-94 UPPER DECK SE Michael jordan as Johnny Kilroy JK1.
One has the nice sparkles over the name and upper deck logo the other is solid silver of both the name and upper deck logo... Question is is this a normal mistake for this card?
It's possible that one of them (probably the sparkling one) is from the MJ's Back insert set release in 94-95 blaster packs. Odditycards would know more though.

As far as I can tell even with mine, it's just a printing/foil change throughout the printing process. Unless there is anything else different on the card in the way of stamping, I'm not aware of a "promo" version with different foil, or a "reprint" variation with different foil either. Just one of those foil things that they had an extra bit of one or the other that they threw into the machine during the production process maybe.

Is it possible one is an "Electric Court" parallel the regular set had?
