I've emailed with firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and provided them a list of 9 cards I needed to have reassigned to my registries from other owners, as well as 1 card that for some reason shows up as an error glitch. I contacted customer service in mid-November. they responded promptly and directed to registry feedback, where in the span of 2 weeks I emailed 4 times and they never once responded. Getting really frustrated with the low level of CS.
finally CS responds and asks me to reforward my original emails, but still nothing done. Basically enough to get me to stop using the registries (and maybe grading with beckett!)
