Why would they take an expired redemption? They produced a certain quantity of product and sold them to retailers who either didn't sell them or someone decided to hold onto them for years. Now that its 8 years later they are looking to dump these boxes, you cant blame the manufacturer for a product that is known to have expired redemption's.
