There is a difference between Topps WBC Tribute and WBC insert cards.

Since its happened twice now with two diiferent traders (who will remain nameless), there are two different Topps WBC sets. One is an insert set from series 2 base. The other is a an entire "high end" set of WBC Tribute. Pictures below of the Adrian Gonzalez cards from each set.

This is the insert set card (WBC7)
