Otherwise, USPS..select International 1st class..not priority..that is crazy expensive..
When you look for the rates on the Post Office web site they only show you the crazy expensive rates on top. Look down below at the blue bars below the pricing and click on the bottom one... That is the real pricing that you need to pay.

Just out of curiosity, isnt DHL an option??? And the receiver pays when he claims the package??? Sorry if this is a dumb question but Im overseas so I dotn trade because of shipping reasons.
