I know nothing about magic cards but I do know that pokeman cards started so strong and I heard they have taken a nose dive. The market just isn't there.

well the prices on ebay for magic cards are no joke. Some of those babies are in the thousands

Some are quite valuable. i was at a card shop in Austin, TX recently. A guy and his fiance brought in a MTG card and sold it. They sold it to pay for a cheap wedding both were quite happy when they left. I stood there holding baseball cards wondering wtf just happened? Right then and there I decided it was time to open my own shop. If all goes as planned in March of 2014 Insane Comics will be open for business. I intend to study the market of MTG.
