I cant see the card, but from the link jacoby posted I assume its the 82 topps ripken card.
Its sale value would depend on its condition and also if its graded or not.

Card isn't graded but in EX condition!

You need to familiarize yourself with the Beckett Grading scale, b/c by your description it's not in very good condition. By your description it's a BGS 5.

That's not saying much. A card graded a 5 (excellent condition) is a great grade for a T206 card from 1909, for example, but is not very desirable on a 1982 card.
