I HAVE A QUESTION? I HAVE ALOT OF 2012 LEAF HISTORY OF BASEBALL AUTOGRAPHS AND SOME IN WHICH WHEN I HAD GOTTEN THEM THE CASES HAD CRACKS OR WERE SCRATCHED SO WHICH BRINGS ME TO MY QUESTION..... CAN CARDS IN CRACKED OR SCRATCHED BGS CASES BE RE-INCAPSULED WITH A NEW BGS CASE?

If the damage occurred in your care or purchased damaged from another party then I believe it is a $5 reslab fee.
If the cards arrived from BGS into your care damaged then they are really good about fixing it.

I would imagine what he said above. Worst case $5 is a modest charge and worth it for many cards
