It's not even necessarily low-balling. They have to sell your card, pay the guy that bought it, pay the people that maintain their website, pay the rent and other overhead, AND make a profit. All of this while buying your card without even being able to see it in person first. If they offer you anything more than half of what they expect to be able to sell it for, they're doing something wrong.
