It is 20 business days. And that also excludes weekends and any holidays. And in your case, you may have gotten in to the National, which the Head Quarters here in Dallas, the Offices were closed. And that time frame is counted as holidays.

I've sent in around 40 submissions since 2008, which isn't a lot compared to some people but gives me enough experience to say this: With delivery confirmation starting the day after they get it, and not counting weekends or posted holidays, I'm yet to see an order go past my estimated due date. When the order due date pops in my account, they always match my estimation.

Thanks for your reply, Jeff.

I didn't know about the National Convention holidays. I figured only actual holidays would count and I don't read this forum. Now I know where to go for answers.

What really led to my original post was the fact that my inquiry to customer service went completely ignored, and this isn't the first time. I guess I'll have to come back to this forum if I have a question rather than use the customer service e-mail.

Same thing happened with my previous order. Not a big deal as these companies are not robots.
Also as a business I would be leary of the customer screaming "I want it free because xyz!, no excuses!"

Beckett customer service has been great to me since I recently started using them.

Btw how was your submission?
