I counted the business days excluding holidays from the day after they received my order and when they posted the "due date" it was 4 days later than it was supposed to be. I sent an e-mail to them and asked them to explain the 4 extra days and told them I should get my order for free based on their guarantee, and of course they have declined to even reply. There is no guaranteed service; their received date is usually a few days after the package is actually delivered to them and the due date they just make up at the end to fit the date that they're going to be able to finish it by.

I've sent in around 40 submissions since 2008, which isn't a lot compared to some people but gives me enough experience to say this: With delivery confirmation starting the day after they get it, and not counting weekends or posted holidays, I'm yet to see an order go past my estimated due date. When the order due date pops in my account, they always match my estimation.

If you start on 06/27/2013 and take off all weekends and the July 4th holiday, the due date should be 08/29/2013. If you take off the day after the 4th of July, it's still 08/30/2013, not even close to 09/04/2013. How many holidays do they celebrate in Texas? Did I miss Alamo day and Cowboy Appreciation Day or what? Please tell. Sorry, you VEHEMENTLY DISAGREE, but it's all true.
