I had two redemptions through Upper Deck that I honestly forgot about. I called and asked for a replacement probably 2-3 years ago and got nothing. Truthfully I had completely forgotten about the redemptions and figured I would never see anything. They were from the 2009-10 product.....

I got a random package yesterday and it was from UD. Although they did not send the cards in a timely fashion, I was happy with one of the replacements. I believe one of my redemptions was for Gerald Wallace so this was nice to see. The thing that bothered me the most was that the letter said "We offer product replacement for our valued customers for 1 year or while supplies last." Well, it has been longer than a year UD, great work.....
