As for me I put them in the mini sheets. as for keeping it in the order of the checklist. I use a space holder. I make a dummy card printed on an index card about the same size as a regular card with the card details on it. I do the same for Autos, Mem. cards and IP auto cards. I keep those "special cards" in a binder all to them selves. designated binders for cert. autos, Mem. cards, IP autos, also use the dummy cards for other cards that may be out on display.
