this card i received from shop at home years ago. It is graded at 9.5+ mint from advanced grading specialists and almost all the back is blank except card number, mlb symbol, card company and mlb trademark. no stats what so ever. is it a misprint or does anyone have any info about it. says 1999 pacific and 2000 private stock on back and front

Are you sure you don't mean 2000 and 2001 instead of 1999 and 2000. If so then I believe this is the card you have:
