10-day (and then some) order

10-day (and then some) order
So my understanding is the clock starts on the amount of days on the day after the package is received and I realize it's only business days and all that stuff.

In any event, I submitted a 10-day order that was received on July 30th, according to the BGS website, that would make July 31 the first business day and August 13th the 10th business day, or the deadline date. The website says the deadline date is August 16th??

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!

RE: 10-day (and then some) order
That was actually the week of the Nationals Sports Collectors Convention (all of those days are considered BGS holidays July 31, Aug 1, and Aug 2), so the start date of Aug 5 is actually correct. Hope that clears it up.

Ah, that actually makes sense. Now if only the last order I made would be cleared out of the registry since they were improperly added somehow and put in another user's registry, we'd be all set. Thanks for the clarification guys!
