I have a friend who came across this in a storage unit auction and would like to get an estimated value and/or taking offers if your interested. I plan to call a couple of Cleveland and Canton Shops (if you know of good ones please let me know). I live in Texas so there is probably not a huge demand but a few of the players are from Ft Worth so I will ask a few shops around here tomorrow as well.

The autographs are signed in Blue Ink on Black and White 8 X 10 photos.
Photos appear to be in really good shape, aged but still complete and not heavily bent or wrinkled. A few photos include inscriptions.
A 1962 Team Guide is included with Ernie Davis name
(no photo of him unfortunately)
And the Envelope that it appears they where shipped in.
(envelope is torn apart)
