Where do you get Topps Archives promo packs? Are they a Card Store only thing?
I think they were issued at LCS as a promotional pack.
I collect LeBron, Jordan, Kobe and anything that catches my eye.

Try eBay and COMC.com. If there are none on eBay now jus look every few days, they pop up often
