BTW, what is reasonable shipping from the US to Canada. I paid $3 for this (a good rate) but some previous purchases were costing me $7 (which I believe is inflated). What's reasonable? Under $5?

Nice pick up! As far as shipping goes, they can charge whatever they want, but I always incorporate that into what I'm willing to pay for the card. Typically $3.50-$4 is about right.

I just shipped something to Canada for $6.50, excluding the cost of the bubble envelope. It's expensive. It was just one card.

Send it without the customs form. You only need to fill out the form if it is more than a certain weight. I mailed out a few cards the other day to Canada that must have been under weight because it was only $2.97 and the post office lady told me a form was unnecessary.
