8.5 I would say

It's not just an average of the 4 subgrades. Since Centering was so low (7), it can't be an 8.5. It does help, though, that the other 3 subgrades were 9.5's. IF they weren't 9.5's, the Final grade would have been lower.

I really don't see any chance of it getting a bump. Of course, you can try and see what happens.

I'm not an expert really but generally speaking I consider centering to be a pretty easy thing for a grading house to not screw up on - it doesn't change its a % and there are easy ways to measure those sorta things to be accurate - I do mine digitally on the computer myself with a digital overlay - since its way better than just judging by my eyes
