It's from a Target factory set and is probably checklisted under the year that they were started like how the Bonds Home Run cards spanned 3 years and are checklisted under the first year they were released.

This is where it should be: 2007 Topps Target Factory Set Mantle Memorabilia. However, Beckett is missing data for several of them from what I can see. For example, I found no data for the 54 or 55s and I know they exist. Regardless, what I said about lumping multiple years under one listing is correct, as 53-55 were released one year and 56-58 the next. I don't recall how or when 52 was released.

Does anybody think its just the print run to /58 or are they #d to 58?

Could be an error in Beckett's listing. It has been known to happen.

It is one of the bonus cards from a 2008 Target Topps Factory set. Beckett lists the cards from the 2006 and 2007 sets, but not the 2008 set. Looks like it's time for them to update the database.
The sealed factory set with your card look like this:
