The auto itself is legit. The patch is 100% fake.

A. The material scheme is way off. Looks like a Kmart issued jersey.

B. Its a prime patch on a non prime version

Seeing that one it does seem a bit questionable. I see prime patches on none prime versions all over the place now. There was an elway a while back like that. Didn't realize it until i had already bid on it. Luckily i lost it! The prime version was /25 but it was a 3 color patch on the version /299! Been trying to be more careful since then

How exactly would somebody fake that? I understand when there is a simple square cutout for the jersey, but with the die-cut and separated Q & B it would seem like you would see some sort of bending or issues around the edges of the die-cut in order to remove and replace the jersey piece. I realize that the 2 jersey pieces between the prime version and this version are completely different materials, however Panini and other companies have more than 1 jersey of each player that they use when making jersey cards. Sometimes they even use different pieces of different jerseys for the same run of cards (it just depends on what they have in their jersey inventory).
