2 factors:
1. you have to have a quantity of more than zero in Have, Want, Trade For, Trade Away, or any other column, then it will keep the record in your Organize
2. they had to be there more than 2 years
and i guarantee there is no warning since they have already posted a thread about it (im not saying i condone that)
