Just purchased my first hobby box off of BO, wish me luck!
as the title says, I just purchased my first official hobby box
bought myself a box of 2012 heritage. Only 1 gu or auto per box, but I love heritage. The chrome parallels and the on card autos are awesome. Plus...checking sold listings on feebay and seeing lots of different cards consistently going for $30+ is a nice little persuader on a $50 box lol. Hoping for a darvish, machado and harper for my secret pc

2012 Heritage is loaded with great cards. At $50 a box, you can't go wrong. Good Luck and hope you pull a Great auto. . Not to burst your bubble, but Harper isn't in the regular Heritage 2012 ... His first Heritage card is in the High Number limited release set that was an online exclusive. That's probably why you're seeing so many 2012 Heritage cards selling so well. That set was limited to 1000 boxes.
2013 Heritage is a great box, too. Just not sure what the price is right now

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

Thanks everybody! And I'm actually planning on trying to build the chrome set. I love those and think it would be a cool set to put together
