Beckett completed it on July 5 and charged my card on July 5. I'm very impressed that they have improved on there system. Customer service is getting better people.

Thank you for posting the update. I think it's important to note when service is good and not just when it's bad.

Sorry to say I have a different viewpoint. I don't see much or any improvement. Going back 45 business days from July 5 would be around May 2nd. Meaning there was no e-mail when the cards were received until over a full month after.. and that was the main issue here in the first place.

That's how the 45 day works and plus there are several holidays mixed in there. Plus, don't forget about all those weekends too!!

I said it was improved. I didn't say it was perfect. I've done 45 day orders and never got an email till they were done, and my cc would be charged at anytime during that 45 day period. I use tracking with my shipper to confirm my packages make it to BGS.

Realize I'm not just subbing 10 commons here. Most of my orders are over 100 cards. So we're talking about quite a bit of $ that I had no idea what was going on for 2 months.

Knock on wood but I have sent in over 50 orders between PSA & Beckett and received everyone of them back. They are impressive in their own right.
