What is PWE mean?

Plain white envelope (pwe) a collectors worst nightmare if not done correctly.....usually stay away from the bay listings with them and NEVER ship one even for a common card....not worth the chance of damaging the card over a dollar or less....

i hate PWE .. always wrapped in tape and paper with a beat up envelope.. im some what impatient so i HATE tape lol
