I came across an ebay listing advertising a guaranteed doug martin card in a factory sealed pack. How is it possible that the seller would know exactly which player the pack contains?? Topps Platinum by the way..

might just be a doug martin base card.

i have heard some people x-ray packs, so they know which ones to open.

It does say, base, parallel, or auto, etc. Technology these days.. unbelievable.

basically, they just reseal the pack. if you have the right tools, it fairly easy

oh, and if it says "you could get base, xfractor, auto, his phone number, a piece of his helmet from pop warner" - you are getting a base card
