Trusting an eBay question
So this card that I was watching was relisted today after only selling about a week ago. It is being relisted by the same seller. Look at the highest bidder with 22 feedback. Is this seller bidding up his own cards?

Hard to always prove shilling but 107 bids, 49% being with this seller and the seller only having 11 cards get bid on in the 30 days seems a big shady.

That's what I thought. So I emailed the seller to ask about the relishing and he said it was cancelled. Then he sends me a separate message asking for me to make an offer and buy it from him right now.
