Since it isn't graded by either of those I'm not asking 2k or anything. I'd gladly take $500 for it or around $650-700 in trade.

While you're right that you arent asking $2k, a PSA 8 sells for $100 - $120, so you are asking 4 - 5x what it's worth

I'm not sure what cards you're comparing it to from the picture but that "top to bottom" centering is pretty much spot on. There's not much room b/w his shoe and the bottom of the card in a perfectly centered card.
