already answered--but yeah one is chrome and one is regular. on the chrome plates they also have the distinction of saying chrome on the face of the cards (sometimes harder to see on certain color plates)

Well update. I did get it anyways. cant let it just walk away on me. and besides I got a good deal and will be nice to add plate number 4 even if it is of 8 total. instead of 4.

On the bright side, you're one plate (the Black Plate), away from having all 4 of one set.
Oh, I just thought of this. You know have both Magenta Plates!!

I know im pretty excited. The only thing of his i Wont get is the Superfractor. Theres a guy on another board who has it and isnt interested in trading and wants an insane amount of cash for it. so I thought, why not go with the plates then.

keep on looking - hopefully you will find some more!. about to get a 5th plate in the mail out of a set of 8 chrome/draft plates for one of our guys we collect this week.
