What company is associated with the authentication of autographs with beckett?

Who is the most reliable?

I have the same questions as well my friend, but for a ball. What are you authenticating?

I asked in a post a day or 2 ago and no answer for the Beckett question. But I did get a recommendation for PSA and JSA. But there's also a post in the FB section regarding this topic, and JSA has been mentioned as being involved in legal matters regarding fakes. So I'm leaning toward PSA myself, but would use Beckett also, so not sure.

Not much to go on lol, but it's the info I've come across so far.

beckett doesnt authenticate anything but cards. not autos, not memorabilia

JSA authenticastes autos and they are with Beckett.

I thought I saw that Beckett/JSA was going to start Authenticating Auto'd baseballs. They even had pics of what they'd look like. Did that fall through?

JSA certifies autographs (cards, photos, magazines, baseballs) that can either be stickered with a cert or letter or encapsulated in a BGS slab. It's an extra fee on top of the authentication via JSA.

For certified autographs issued by the manufacturers, they already have an authentication statement. Those cards just get standard BGS service.

This is very informative as I have a Mickey Mantle autographed 8x10 plaque that needs to be re-authenticated. The original authentication company no longer exists and I would fee much better knowing the auto I have is properly authenticated. Thanks for sharing this info.
