I cheated on getting the Snakes, I bought them graded. However it was much cheaper and easier than what I had to go through to get the set of Saltiest Sailors 9.5.

I love the collection! However I never been a fan of graded minis.

Well, I find it nice to have them encased for both protection and presentation. I don't do a whole lot of set building, mainly just the really rare ones that don't have too many in them, so it works. I couldn't do a regular base mini set graded. That would be crazy with like 350 graded.

I was really really close to buying the Snakes set, $100 was a pretty great price IMO. But like a couple others I just don't do the graded thing. That Saltiest set is a thing of beauty though
I'd like to see someone try to get a 9.5 set of this years rare mini's, those things are almost all off-center (Guys, Ladies)
