I once injured my ankle in a most pit. I went down hard, got up and immediately went down again when I put weight on it. The moshing around me stopped immediately and didn't start again until I was helped off the floor to the aid station by 2 people (the other 4 who also offered agreed that many people was unnecessary). After Ithe (incredibly cute!) first aid attendant decided it wasnt broken and wrapped it up, I decided it was feeling pretty good and went back into the pit . I received a standing ovation followed by some very courteous moshing.
