honestly, without pics, this is much harder to determine. could be it's a screwed up foil process. could be a lot of things...but it would be solely conjecture without pics

it doesnt say reprint anywhere though or 2010 on the card anywhere

CYMTO didnt say reprint. the 2010 is in very small print at the very bottom on the back

there is no serial number on the back and its an original 2001 topps, I dont have a scanner right now, and the camera doesnt show its silver it reflects to much

Try taking a pic without any camera flash, that should work. Just the original lighting from the room.
