Ya.. I never do pre sells for this very problem. If they do it far enough in advance and you don't catch it.. Just chalk it as a loss.

The guy just messaged me asking me if I got my box yet. I guess he is just a little slow messaging people back. I hope he doesn't give me the runaround and I actually get my box soon. We shall see.

He added tracking numbers in November?

They are no longer good and if he tried using them they will probably all go back to him.

Also the 45 days for item not received does not apply to pre sell items.
