I just hope they can get all the prior graded cards in the registry as well. Since beckett has graded a ton of cards. Also will it even show the unlisted beckett cards that they have graded as well?

This news is good timing. I was very close to cracking out all of my previous BGS/BVG graded cards and sending them to SGC to start the registry there. I was hesitant to do it because 1. I still think becketts cases offer the best protection and 2. I would hate to throw all the money I spent on grading to go to waste.

I have some opinions on how I think the registry to work, I would be happy to be a tester when the time comes.

Ok, great!! Mark is looking to start the testing in February, but can't give concrete dates just yet. You can contact Mark at manderson@beckett.com to let him know.

chrisa...you hit on my number 1 question, there are so many BGS and I'm assuming BVG graded cards out there that are not even on Beckett's online price guide. If Beckett could pull off player registry's that include these cards I would be extremely excited. I probably have 10 BGS graded Jordan's that would make this list and would send in more (20+) for grading if this was the case. I'm crossing my fingers over here.

Please note folks Marks mockup page is the "my registry homepage" and NOT the actual registry homepage itself,,,, his mockup is where your own cards will be able to be manipulated ( similar to the old page you used to see displaying all your own stuff and where you could add/delete/insert pics, etc) ,,,,, just in case no one noticed that picture's details or skimmed over it quickly,,,,,

You may want to re-check some of those cards previously not in the OPG. I had a couple of rare ones show up very recently including 1998 David Robinson GE Phone Cards and 1972 Puerto Rican Stickers.
