Don't rely on ebay for base cards, go to COMC or sportslots.

Since ebay and paypal have high fees to sell the sellers have no choice to try to make up those costs with high prices and high shipping. They will say things like penny sleeves, top loaders, bubble mailers, paper and ink, time, fuel and anything else they can think of, but really it comes down to high fees and being able to make a profit. Just my opinion of course.

You forgot paper and ink and fuel costs and that your in the great white north paying for shipping to the US, here it's paypal shipping @ 1.64 and the postman can knock on your door to take your packages. Some sellers make up low sale prices in their shipping and you can debate it all you want, besides I didn't say that you were doing it as I don't have any issues with a $3 shipping charge, but there are many many many sellers with $2 shipping or free shipping and they come in the same way as yours. AGAIN, just an opinion.

My shipping charge is $2. I put mine in a penny sleeve, top loader, bubble mailer and throw stamps on it and put it in the mail box and the mail man comes by and picks it up everyday
