Hi Beckett Community!

I have been seeing a load of threads that have detailed issues with the Organize and Trade Tool features. I have not personally experienced anything wrong with mine (no... not because I am a Mod, please believe me) lately, save for a few glitches and slow times when things are loading. I put the issues that have been discussed forward to the admins of the site, and they have assured me that this was brought forward to the front of the pack, and has highest priority. I know that it is a lot to bear with, but they are doing their best to fix the issues.

I have never known how much work goes into the publication of the rags, plus the development of the site, until I became part of the team. I have to be honest with you guys when I say that I have already experienced an amazing jump in activity in this past week of Moderating! Between dealing with reports on thread violations; happy people; unhappy people; reporting issues; and the hazing of being a new Mod, my respect for these guys has gone up ten-fold! They do take a lot more flack behind the scenes than most expect... all of them.

I know that there is a load of heartache from the members that are experiencing these ailments, and please believe me when I say that I have grievances with the site on occasion as well. We do have to be patient, though, as the team that brings you these publications, the Online Price Guide and the Forums is a lot smaller than one would think. Be assured that they are dealing with the performance and ERROR 404 issues in full force. The developers are giving it their all on our accord! Best wishes, Beckett Community! Thanks for your response. I was pretty outspoken on my thread about the issues they've been having so it's good to know that we don't go unnoticed. As long as I'm not in jeopardy of being suspended for voicing my opinion.

It seems like the main issue is just the slowness. But there have been other issues as of late. I won't go over them again because I assume my post is what brought this up so I'm guessing you read it.

I have read your thread, and trust me when I say that you are not the only one. It is okay to voice your opinion, just so long as it does not seem like an attack. As I have stated, I greatly underestimated the true aspect of the game when I was not modding the Forums, and have since been enlightened. This is a huge production that has the exact minimum number of staffers required to do the job. I don't know the specific reasons for this, but I do know that they are trying their best!

I did e-mail him directly about this a while back but recieved no response and there was no change in the site performance. I'm assuming there is someone new in his job. If that is the case, whoever they are they aren't doing their job to standard.

I personally do not know if he still is with Beckett, but I do remember seeing a thread detailing something about him. Either way, the issues are being looked into and these new ones are priority as of yesterday. I personally emailed the admin staff of the site, and they got back to me quickly. I pointed out the threads that have been posted, as well as described what was going one. I assure you that it will be fixed as fast as possible. I hope that this eases your mind a bit. We are all frustrated, man... I am being affected too, I found out. Just so happens the trade the biffed out on me is a delinquent one.
