If it was a promo, it would advertise something. I think it is just an unlicensed card. A bootleg.

Think it has any value? It was in a box from when i was a kid. Sounds like somebody made money off a dumb kid ha.
So the answer would be no. Ha. Starting to think that my collection from a kid should be giving to a neighbor kid and quite looking threw them and move on.
It is a Broder, from the looks of it. Maybe worth a buck, as jacobystealshome said.
