That is most likely a Broder (unlicensed) card ... not a genuine Star card.

It´s a promo oddball card from 1991, not one of the regular star card´s!
They got no bv but goes on the bay between $10 - $20. 
It says on the front "Ad Card" so I think berlincards is correct. A scan of the back might help even more.
