This was tougher than expected. I had reasons by all the my iPad cleared so I had to retype so this time no reasons except on a few. I have an auto of everyone in this list and one thing I question is why you would cap this great collection. Either way I treated this as if it were my own and narrowed down with good reason.

I have 24 i just didn't feel qualified. Given you chose 15 I will * the 15. i just felt thw list was inaccurate if i left the kthers on.
*Jarrad Parker (just too early and this wasn't a strong enough start to say star over average)
Salvador Perez (I think a healthy season and he is on his way)
Matt Moore (maybe soon)

*Edwin Encarnacion (flashes in the past but this year I think was crazy, I call roids)
