happy about my Russell Wilson red refractor selling
so just a backstory, I opened 8 cases of 2010 Bowman Draft back then and one of my pulls was a Colorado Rockies draft pick of Russell Wilson in a Red Refractor (# to 5). While like a Super or even an Orange, Reds are always cool pulls, but I had no clue who he was, so I sorted it away.
Later I hear about him choosing college football vs. baseball and remember my pull. I decide to get it graded with some other cards, and it comes back a BGS 10. I thought it would be a good time to sell it right before the draft, but after getting $100-150 offers I held off. Fast forward to a great season by the Seahawks and now I have a $950 selling price. Here was a pic:
All in with pocket Aces.... Andre Johnson and Aaron Rodgers. |
