I know its a Panini Fathers day card.
This card was in a bargain bin and there was 7 of them but this one stuck out at me for it looks like a refractor type but in the search there is not a refractor type but a cracked Ice numbered to 25. This card is not numbered so before I add it to my organizer is this actually the cracked ice or something else

I understand that to be the cracked ice version. I have the regular as well. Not 100% sure,but there are only two versions listed.
Short printed to 25,not serial numbered.
That is how I have it listed in my collection.
