I am going through the same predicament. I am waiting on a 2011 Topps Chrome cut from the same cloth Parker\Peacock auto #/5. After talking with topps, said they have Parker but waiting on Peacock. So let the waiting game begin.

You are just getting an automated response. I hate their customer service. Never respond to emails, and when and if you can get hold of a person you get no where.
