Even though I'm not a big fan of reproducing card designs from previous years, you do make a good point. Besides refractors are some of the best products Topps has ever designed.

That is a good design on that Cal Jr. from Pinnacle. I kind of forgot about them.

If you want to bring up Basketball, my favorite set was the 1991-92 Fleer Dominique Wilkins and Mutombo sets. Those were clean and the burgundy background was a perfect offset to the base cards.

I collect LeBron, Jordan, Kobe and anything that catches my eye.

for visual appeal I don't think there is a better insert set than the 1998 Donruss Crusades
