Is there any way you can upload the picture to photobucket or a site like that and post it with a IMG code?

I cant see your attachment, as a lot of them are buggy on this site for some reason or another.

i havent seen one sell on ebay recently. however, another card from 2002 numbered to 24 sold for 25 (along with another regular jersey card from the same set of griffey)

my assumption is that this one would sell a little higher, however. if you dont mind waiting for a while, it might sell for 50. quick sale would probably go for 35
