Not standing,. sitting and soaking, haven't you ever done that, really relaxes you.

As for why you do it with hot mustard water, the hot water, and the mustard cause the blood in your head to move to your lower extremities, which in turn causes the blood vessels in your brain to constrict, which in return takes away the headache.

I hope he is able to still play! I do not know much about MS besides I know a few friends who have it, 1 can not tell he has it and the other i can tell

80% of people who have it look absolutely fine. I'm sure if you looked at me you wouldn't even notice my limp.
