Hello all, I have a question that you may be able to help me with. I recently busted some Topps Chrome and in one of my packs I got a Justin Blackmon Tall Boy insert. Ok, no big deal. But when looking at the back of the card, I saw that printed on the bottom in bright red was "The signing of all Topps autograph cards is witnessed by a Topps representative to guarantee authenticity", which is what is usually printed on the bottom of their AU cards. There's no serial numbers or the slight discoloration at the bottom for the sig. No signs that it was an AU that was never signed. Do all the Chrome Tall Boys have this printed on back? Or should I contact Topps about possibly getting a signed replacement?
