What's the deal with the penny sleeves? I've seen more than yours with jacked sleeves. Are those from topps too?

-those are nice cards though. I like the Rice!

It's not a penny sleeve it's the protective surface cover that you can peel off..like the old finest cards. Some of them (mine as well),have wrinkled covers. Either way,it's protecting the surface..but it makes it look ugly when they don't go on tight
