Yeah, all the tallboys say that, because some of them are signed, but I think they just ran a bunch of them or forgot to take that part out before they printed the non-auto versions.

on the Tall Boys I'm thinking they used the same printing plates as they did in regular topps and just added the chrome finish. If that's the case the RC's only came with Autos in the regular topps set so that's probably why the non auto versions have the info about being witnessed by a topps employee etc...

thank you for stating that on the tall boys. thought i had done well and topps screwed up...topps still screwed up, but not in my favor
